Only the employees and retirees of International Paper can log in to My-IP. A user must have a network ID and password to log on to the system. Only employees who have answered the security questions can create new My-IP accounts.
As of May 2015, the system only works on Internet Explorer browsers. Users get notifications to use Internet Explorer when they try accessing the portal using other browsers. Employees can manage their accounts using SecureIP, which allows them to reset and manage passwords. An employee who lacks a network ID can contact a manager to get one. International Paper employees use the system to see pay stubs and review benefits.
