Use My Sprint to determine the amount of minutes that have lapsed since the last bill, establish AutoPay with a bank draft, debit or credit card, activate a new phone or receive device support. There are five different levels of profile access on My Sprint. To establish the highest level, known as Account Owner, provide a phone number, email address, billing ZIP code and account PIN, and create a user name and password.
