In addition to the general customer service line and *611, MetroPCS offers several additional contact options to ask questions or pay a bill. Dialing *99 enables payment through MetroPCS's automated system. Bills can also be paid via the MyMetro app for debit or credit card payments, the VCPay app on Blackberry and Android phones, or online at metropcs.com using the My Account section or setting up the AutoPay feature.
