The Family Mobile service by Walmart provides registered users with four different payment options, including AutoPay, in person at a Walmart store, over the phone and online payment. With AutoPay, the bill amount is automatically withdrawn from the user’s credit card, debit card or checking account. Customers can also make payments in a participating Walmart store using their account numbers at the store’s MoneyCenter or customer service desk.
Customers cannot use credit cards or checks for payment at Walmart stores and need to pay an additional processing fee of 88 cents, as of 2015. Users can also pay over the telephone or their Family Mobile phones. Payments made through the automated phone system are free. A $5 processing fee applies for payments made by speaking to a customer service representative.
Family Mobile users can register for AutoPay by asking for it at the time of activation at Walmart or over the phone with customer service. Users can also set up AutoPay using the automated phone system or by logging in to MyFamilyMobile.com and selecting “Set up automatic payments” under the Account Summary.
Customers can pay online from their MyFamilyMobile.com accounts. After signing in, click on Pay Bill under the Account Summary to make the payment.
