To log into the BeneDirect service provided by ADP, go to and enter the user name and password. ADP handles the administration of benefits provided by the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act. COBRA allows employees to keep their health insurance benefits for a limited time if they lose them such as in the event of leaving a job.

ADP assists companies with COBRA implementation by providing processing of transactions and forms, data tracking, notification distribution, termination notices and coverage packages. To log into the COBRA BeneDirect system administered by ADP, use the steps below.

  1. Go to the website
  2. Go to the BeneDirect site by entering into a Web browser's address bar.

  3. Enter the information
  4. Enter the user name and password into the provided text boxes. New participants will need to register first. Click on "Click to Register" to create a new account. Those who have forgotten their password or user name should click the appropriate links to reset this information.

  5. Log into the site
  6. Click on "Login" to enter the site. Once in the site, employees can manage their profile, view health care coverage, change their coverage and make payments. Employees with questions can also access the dedicated call center using the provided toll-free number.
