Users can get access to their T-Mobile accounts by going to the T-Mobile website and logging into their T-Mobile accounts. To sign in, an account holder will need both the T-Mobile phone number associated with the account and the password designated when the account was registered.

Once logged into the T-Mobile account online, users can access their current usage for the month, see past months' bills, view and pay the current bill or change the service plan.
