One recipe combines 1/2 cup of butter, 1 pound of sweet rice flour, 2 1/2 cups of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 3 cups of milk, 5 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 cup of coconut flakes in a pan. Bake the mixture for 1 hour.

Another recipe calls for 2 cups of rice flour, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 can of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of sliced butter and 2 tablespoons of grated coconut. Mix the rice flour, brown sugar, baking powder, eggs, melted butter and coconut milk in a bowl, and pour the mixture into a lightly greased pan. Line the pan with banana leaves to add fragrance. Bake the mixture for 1 hour or until it browns, and place the cake on a serving platter. Put the butter slices on top of the cake, and sprinkle it with grated coconut.

For another recipe, mix 8 ounces of cream cheese with 2 cups of granulated sugar in a bowl, and stir in 3 eggs, one at a time. Mix in 1 pound of sweet rice flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 stick of melted butter, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, 1 can of cream of coconut, 1 cup of milk and 1 can of crushed pineapple. Pour the mixture into a pan, and sprinkle it with brown sugar and 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar. Bake for 1 hour.
