To make roast beef tortilla wraps, spread 1 tablespoon of caesar ranch dressing on a tortilla, and add 2 ounces of thinly sliced roast beef, 2 slices of Swiss cheese, torn lettuce and 1 tablespoon of diced red onion. Roll the tortilla, and cut it into 1-inch pieces.

To make bean and cream cheese tortilla roll-ups, mix 8 ounces of cream cheese with 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and spread the mixture evenly over 3 8-inch tortillas. Spread 1/3 cup of refried beans on each tortilla, and top the beans with chopped cilantro. Wrap the tortillas, and place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cutting and serving. To make turkey roll-ups, spread 1 tablespoon of chive and onion cream cheese on an 8 inch tortilla, add 4 pieces of thinly sliced ham or turkey on a tortilla, and top with shredded lettuce.

To make chicken roll-ups, spread 1/2 cup spreadable cheese evenly onto 4 8-inch tortillas, and top each tortilla with a lettuce leaf. Evenly divide 6 ounces of cooked chicken, and place the chicken on the tortillas. Top the tortillas with thinly sliced tomato, sliced cucumber and shredded carrots, and wrap the tortillas. Other vegetables, such as sliced onion, may be used in place of tomatoes, cucumber or carrots.
